Margaret A Johnson, P.E. – President
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering - Michigan State University
Masters in Business Administration - Management - University of Houston Clear Lake
Licensed Professional Engineer - State of Texas
Margaret was born and raised in the Detroit area and moved to Texas after graduating from college. She worked in the electric utility industry until starting her own business in 1997.
Margaret has professional qualifications in technical/non-technical training, technical sales and marketing, coaching, and management of engineering, computer and administrative activities.
She currently is involved in coaching, training, marketing and conducts group fitness in classes.
She is a passionate, creative, enthusiastic individual who loves to share her work with all of those interested in improving themselves and the world around them.

Larry A. Rose, P.E. – Instructor
Larry A. Rose brings many years of power industry experience to the classroom. He spent his early career in the maintenance and technical groups of fossil and nuclear power plants. He served as a supervisor of economic studies, turbine systems, boiler systems and civil engineering groups. He served as manager of engineering and technology for an unregulated subsidiary of a large Midwestern utility, where he was responsible for developing energy saving projects for industrial clients. He has served as vice-president and president of an unregulated engineering consulting subsidiary of a large electric utility. He also served fifteen years as manager of operations and logistics for a large utility's fuel supply group. Currently he is operating his own consulting company, Larenlog LLC.
He served as adjunct professor of engineering at the University of Detroit - Mercy, where he taught in the master of engineering management program. He taught engineering economics in Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio as part of a refresher class for the professional engineers exam.
He has a BSME from Michigan State University, an MSE from the University of Michigan and an MBA (with a finance concentration) from Wayne State University. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and The Engineering Society of Detroit. He is a registered professional engineer. He conducts training classes for Ideal Training, Inc.

Susie Lemon – Marketing Assistant
Susie is our marketing assistant. Susie was born and raised in Michigan and came to Texas in the early 80's. She has an Associates Degree and experience in retail, restaurant, airline and merchandising. She assists in creative idea generation as well as the practicalities of making the client's marketing campaign happen. You'll see her at the trade shows promoting Ideal Training, Inc.
